Hi!

I’m Mary Ellen, Meemaw to my grandchildren! I’m an educator, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach.  I have dealt with weight and health issues most of my life and it wasn’t until my first food allergies/sensitivities were diagnosed that I started to understand just how important eating the right foods really is! It was as a way of trying to help myself feel better that led to my becoming an NTP & AIPCC. 

Let me use what I’ve learned from my nutritional and autoimmune disorder training to help you feel better. Additionally, let me use that nutritional training and many years as an Elementary Education Teacher to help your child focus better in the classroom!
